Warranty Information

Please do not send us items back without receiving an RMA number beforehand.  Any products received for warranty coverage without a valid RMA number will be returned to the sender.

Mutant Products are sold with a one (1) year manufacturer warranty.  Please check with your retailer to see if your purchase is still within their return period.  Otherwise, read below for the complete warranty information:

STI Certified Products, Inc. warrants to the end-user customer that the Mutant products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a one year period from the original purchase date. Limited warranty covers only those defects that arise as a result of normal use of the product and does not cover any other problems, including those that arise as a result of improper maintenance, operation outside the products specifications, unauthorized modification or misuse. STI Certified Products Inc shall have no obligation to repair or replace until the customer returns the defective product to STI Certified Products Inc. Any repaired or replacement product may be either new or like-new, provided that it has functionality at least equal to that of the product being replaced. If your product fails during the one year warranty period, please contact customer service for product support.
